Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated OCT 6 2004 .

R E S O L U T I O N

Before us is the Postal Reply of the Postmaster of Binalbagan, NegrosOccidental stating that the letter containing a copy of the Resolution dated August 28, 2002 addressed to private respondent had been delivered to and received by said private respondent's authorized agent, Nena Ello, on October 10, 2004, Said Resolution dated August 28, 2002, granted the motion of private respondent, through administratrix Sylvia Go�i-Strong, to allow submission of the order of approval of the probate court for her to enter into subject compromise agreement. To date, however, there is nothing in the record to show that such order of approval of the probate court has been obtained or submitted to this Court.

The Court hereby directs administratrix Sylvia Go�i-Strong to submit such order of approval of the probate court within ten (10) days from receipt hereof, otherwise, the joint motion to approve compromise agreement and to consider petition for review on certiorari as moot and academic shall be denied and the petition shall be considered submitted for decision.
