Sirs/Mesdames:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated AUG 2 2005 .

A.M. No. MTJ-91-508 (Roque Vicario vs. Judge Proceso C. Sidro.)

The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to

(a) HOLD IN ABEYANCE the filing of an administrative case against Judge Proceso C. Sidro until after his conviction in G.R. No. 149685 becomes final; and

(b) IMMEDIATELY SUSPEND Judge Sidro pursuant to Section 13 of Republic Act No. 3019, as amended, until further orders from this Court.
