DEQUIA vs. RAMIREZ
SECOND DIVISION
Sirs/Mesdames:
Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated AUG 10 2005.
A.M. OCA IPI No. 99-681-MTJ (Nestor Ernesto Dequia vs. Judge Rolando V. Ramirez and Clerk of Court Sandra M. Ledesma.)
R E S O L U T I O N
Despite the Resolution dated February 28, 2005, which explained all the misconceptions of Mr. Nestor Ernesto Dequia regarding an alleged "syndicate" which allegedly has a hand in the dismissal of his complaint against the respondents, and ordered that all pleadings/letters reiterating the same issues discussed therein will no longer be entertained and expunged from the records, Mr. Dequia continues to file pleadings as follows:
1. Urgent Motion to be Furnished Certified Copy of the Resolution dated February 28, 2005 from Whence the Minute Resolution was Alleged to have Been Quoted dated April 12, 2005;
2. Omnibus Motion dated April 12, 2005; and
3. Third Manifestation and Urgent Ex-Parte Motion to be Furnished Certified Copy of the Resolution dated February 6, 2002 from Whence the Minute Resolution was Quoted dated June 9, 2005.
which cast aspersions and serious accusations that tend to malign the integrity not only of the Court officials including that of the Chief Justice but also the entire Court.
ACCORDINGLY, Mr. Nestor Ernesto Dequia is DIRECTED to SHOW CAUSE why he should not be cited for indirect contempt of court, 10 days from notice hereof.
SO ORDERED.
Very truly yours,
(Sgd.) LUDICHI YASAY-NUNAG
