GREETINGS:

WHEREAS, the Supreme Court, on 13 December 2005, adopted a resolution in the above-entitled case, to wit:

G.R. No. 170495 (Fe L. Sun, Arsenia Geolagon, Myrna L. Montecillo, Dionisio B. Berse, Asterio de la Pena, Efrenia B. Castulo, Feliciano B. Granada, Felipa G. Ligtas, Maria G. Castrodes, Maxima B. Granada, Antonio C. Ligtas, Eden G. Cellacay, Nimfa Murillo, Ernesto D. Bertumen, Manuel C. Pelino, Edgar L. Sarabosing and Eduardo O. Tan vs. Mayor Oriculo A. Granada, as Municipal Mayor of Guindulman, Bohol and the Sangguniang Bayan of Guindulman, Bohol, through Presiding Officer Eleno G. Laga).-Acting on the Petition for Review on Certiorari of the Order of RTC of Bohol, Branch 50, Loay, Bohol (with Prayer for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction), the Court Resolved, without giving due course to the petition, to

(a)���� REQUIRE the respondents to COMMENT thereon within ten (10) days from notice hereof;

(b)���� ISSUE a TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER, effective immediately and continuing until further orders from this Court, enjoining the respondents from enforcing and implementing Municipal Ordinance No. 2003-07 of the Sangguniang Bayan of Guindulman, Bohol; and

(c)���� REQUIRE the petitioners to POST a BOND in the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00) payable to this Court within five (5) days from notice hereof. Failure to post the same within the aforesaid period will result in the automatic lifting of the temporary restraining order."

NOW, THEREFORE, effective immediately and continuing until further orders from this Court, You, Respondents Mayor Oriculo A. Granada and Sangguniang Bayan of Guindulman, Bohol, your agents, representatives, or persons acting in your place or stead, are hereby ENJOINED from enforcing and implementing Municipal Ordinance No. 2003-07.
