R E S O L U T I O N
Considering the allegations of private respondents Cua Ting, Edward Yao, Willy So Tan and Carol Ortega in their Motion for Reconsideration of the Resolution dated January 12, 2005 which gave due course to the petition and required the adversaries to submit their respective memoranda, and the Comment thereto filed by the Office of the Solicitor General, the Court resolves to DENY the Motion for Reconsideration there being no substantial arguments to disturb the assailed Resolution.
