Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated MAR 29 2005 .

A.M. OCA IPI No. 03-1834-RTJ (Marilou Punongbayan Visitacion vs. Judge Maximino Libre.)

A.M. OCA IPI No. 4-2082-RTJ (Nemesio S. Ca�ete vs. Maximino Libre, et al.)

The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to GRANT the request of Hon. Maximino M. Libre, RTC, Branch 6, Iligan City, for the immediate release of his retirement benefits, subject to the withholding of the amount of Twenty Thousand (P20,000.00) Pesos to answer for whatever adverse decision the Court may later impose upon Judge Libre in A.M. OCA I.P.I. Nos. 03-1834-RTJ and 04-2082-RTJ, and subject further to the availability of funds and the usual clearance requirements.
