Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated OCT 5 2005.
Adm. Matter No. RTJ-02-1714 ( Helen B. Camara vs. Judge Oscar M. Uson and Legal Researcher Alejandro S. Mejia, Jr., both of the Regional Trial Court, Tayug, Pangasinan, Branch 52. )
Record
shows that respondent Judge Oscar M. Uson received on March 31, 2005 the copy
of the Resolution dated March 14, 2005 which considered this administrative
matter submitted for resolution without Judge Uson's required manifestation and
imposed upon him a fine of P1,000.00 payable within 10 days from notice
thereof. Thus, the period granted to Judge Uson within which to pay the fine
expired on April 11, 2005. To date, record shows that no payment has been made
by Judge Uson.
WHEREFORE
, for respondent Judge
Uson's failure to comply with the Resolution dated March 14, 2005, the Court
hereby resolves to impose upon Judge Uson an additional fine of P2,000.00
payable within ten (10) days from notice hereof.
