R E S O L U T I O N
Acting on the Motion for Reconsideration of the petitioner of the Resolution dated November 27, 2002 dismissing the instant Petition for Certiorari for lack of sufficient showing that the questioned judgment is tainted with grave abuse of discretion, together with the Comment of respondent Jesus Cammayo dated May 16, 2003, the Comment of respondent Engr. Teodoro Barrozo dated May 9, 2003, the Comment of the Office of the Solicitor General for respondents Jesus Cammayo, Arturo Santos and Manuel Factora dated October 16, 2003, the Comment of respondent Manuel Roy dated September 4, 2004 and the separate Replies of petitioners thereto dated June 10, 2003, May 11, 2005, January 27, 2004 and April 11, 2005, respectively, and finding said motion to be well-taken, the same is GRANTED. Accordingly, the petition for certiorari is REINSTATED and the respondents, including respondents John Ulassus and Ronald Manalili whose comments on the Motion for Reconsideration were dispensed with in the Resolution of August 10, 2005, are REQUIRED to file Comment on the Petition for Certiorari, within ten (10) days from notice hereof.
