Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated SEP 27 2005 .
G.R. No. 169351 (Ernesto B. Francisco, Jr. vs. The House Committee on Justice, represented by Its Chairman, Rep. Simeon Datumanong, The House of Representatives, represented by Its Speaker, Rep. Jose de Venecia and President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.)
Acting on the Urgent Motion for Reconsideration of the resolution of 13 September 2005, dated 24 September 2005 filed by the petitioner, the Court Resolved, without prejudice, to DENY WITH FINALITY the said motion for reconsideration, as no substantial arguments were presented to warrant the reversal of the questioned resolution.
The Court further Resolved to
(a)���� DENY for lack of merit the Urgent Motion for Consolidation dated 24 September 2005 filed by the petitioner, praying that the instant petition be consolidated with the other pending petitions questioning the dismissal of the Impeachment Complaint and Amended Complaint for Impeachment; and
(b)���� NOTE WITHOUT ACTION the Letter dated 26 September 2005 filed by the petitioner, requesting for the inclusion of his Urgent Motion for Reconsideration and Urgent Motion for Consolidation in the Agenda of Tuesday, 27 September 2005, in view of the above actions on the said pleadings.
