LEGARDA vs. DE CASTRO

Sirs/Mesdames:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated SEP 20 2005 .

PET Case No. 003 (Loren B. Legarda vs. Noli L. de Castro.)

The Tribunal Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Acting Clerk of the Tribunal, Atty. Ma. Luisa D. Villarama, to (i) DIRECT the Commission on Elections to COMPLY with the resolution dated 31 March 2005 of the Tribunal by submitting the Project of Precincts used in the May 2004 Elections; and (ii) require protestant Loren B. Legarda to SUBMIT all the annexes mentioned in her Protest, both within ten (10) days from notice hereof.

The Tribunal further Resolved to SET the inventory-taking/collection of the ballot boxes involved in the first aspect of the protest of Legarda starting on Monday, 26 September 2005.
