"G.R. No. 170265 (Galileo P. Brion vs. Hon. Regional Trial Court, Branch 31, San Pedro, Laguna [Without a Presiding Judge])
It appearing from the Return by the Postmaster that the petitioner is already deceased, the Court Resolved to DISMISS the instant petition.
In any event, the petition would still be dismissed for failure thereof to sufficiently show that any grave abuse of discretion was committed by the public respondents in rendering the challenged administrative order and court resolution which, on the contrary, appear to be in accord with the facts and applicable law and jurisprudence."
