Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated JULY 10, 2006 .

G.R. No. 158805 (Valley Golf & Country Club, Inc. v. Rosa O. Vda. De Caram )

In the adjudication of this case, there is need to refer to the by-laws of petitioner Valley Golf & Country Club, Inc. which was in effect as of 11 June 1987. However, no copy of such by-laws is found in the records of the case. Accordingly, petitioner is required to SUBMIT a certified copy of the by-laws of Valley Golf & Country Club, Inc. in effect as of 11 June 1987, furnishing respondent with a copy thereof, within ten (10) days from receipt of this Resolution.
