"A.M. No. 06-5-12-SC (Re: CPL-C-05-0570, Entitled: "Jesus Fernando vs. Presbitero J. Velasco, Jr.".)

The Court Resolved to

(a) NOTE the Memorandum dated June 15, 2006 of Associate Justice Presbitero J. Velasco, Jr. by way of his explanation on the allegation of a certain Jesus Fernando that he has properties under the names of his siblings and friends, specifically a condominium unit in New York City and a townhouse in Tagaytay; and

(b) CONSIDER this matter CLOSED AND TERMINATED." Velasco, Jr., J., no part.
