Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated OCT. 11, 2006 .
G.R. No. 156887 (Philippine National Construction Corporation vs. Hon. Amalia F. Dy, et al.)
The Court Resolves to REQUIRE petitioner Philippine National Construction Corporation and private respondent Radstock Securities, Ltd., through its attorney-in-fact, Atty. Elizabeth A. Andres, to file their respective COMMENTS, within fifteen (15) days from notice, to the following:
(a) Motion for Leave to Intervene and Time to File Opposition to the Joint Motion for Judgment Based on Compromise Agreement filed by intervenor Rodolfo M. Cuenca;
(b) Urgent Motion for Leave to Intervene and to File Opposition and Motion-in-Intervention [Re: The Motion for Judgment Based on Compromise] by movant-intervenor Asiavest Merchant Bankers Berhad; and
(c) the aforesaid Opposition and Motion-in-Intervention [Re: The Motion for Judgment Based on Compromise] by movant-intervenor Asiavest Merchant Bankers Berhad.
The Court also Resolves to REQUIRE the Commission on Audit to CONFIRM the Compliance (Comment and Recommendation) dated October 3, 2006 filed on its behalf by Sofronio L. Flores, Jr., Assistant Commissioner and General Counsel, Salvador P. Isiderio, Director IV, and Roland C. Gammad, Attorney VI, within fifteen (15) days from notice.
