Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of this Court dated OCT. 3, 2006 .

"A.M. OCA IPI No. 02-1638-RTJ (Mrs. Virginia V. Savellano vs. Judge Manuel L. Argel, Jr., RTC, Branch 65, Laoag City)

The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to DESIGNATE Judge Antonio A. Carbonell, RTC, Branch 27, San Fernando City, La Union, to hear, try and decide Civil Case No. 604-KC at the RTC of Vigan City where Civil Case No. 444-KC is being tried.

Under this authority, Judge Carbonell shall be entitled to the payment of per diems and reimbursement of travel expenses incurred in going to and from RTC, Branch 20, Vigan City, to try the subject case."
