CIRCULAR NO. 62-96

TO:  REGIONAL TRIAL COURTS, SHARI'A DISTRICT COURTS, METROPOLITAN TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS IN CITIES, MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURTS, MUNICIPAL CIRCUIT TRIAL COURTS AND SHARI'A CIRCUIT COURTS 

SUBJECT:  COURTS TO FURNISH THE DEPARTMENT OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS HOLD DEPARTURE ORDERS. 

To ensure that the Court's Hold Departure Orders are carried out effectively as embodied in Circular No. 38-94 dated June 6, 1994, all judges are hereby directed to furnish the Department of Foreign Affairs, the prepared list of all active and/or unrevoked Hold Departure Orders and/or decisions within 48 hours from receipt hereof, copy furnish this Office. 

Furthermore, all Hold Departure Orders and/or decisions to be hereinafter issued by said courts should be furnished the Department of Foreign Affairs within 24 hours from the issuance thereof.
