Governor of East Florida, on 5 September, 1803, to Daniel O'Hara, the father of the petitioners, which was alleged to have been confirmed on 3 September, 1818, by the Spanish Governor, Coppinger. The appellants are the heirs of Daniel O'Hara, and they claim the land in controversy in virtue of a alleged grant, dated 5 September, 1803. The grant was adjudged in the court below not valid.
