Supplemental Decree

It appearing to the Court that its opinion herein of March 3, 1969, 394 U. S. 394 U.S. 11, rejected every ground asserted by the State of Louisiana in support of its claim to rights in the area of the continental shelf hereinafter described, and that no issue as to said area is now pending before the Special Master appointed herein by order of May 19, 1969, 395 U. S. 901; and

It further appearing that substantial revenues derived from lands lying wholly within said area are now being held impounded by the United States pursuant to the parties' Interim Agreement of October 12, 1956, as amended, on file herein, and that there is no reason why the Court should not at this time enter a supplemental chanrobles.com-red

decree declaring the rights of the United States in the described area and terminating the obligation of the United States to hold impounded the revenues heretofore or hereafter derived from leases of lands lying wholly within the described area:
