Title 5 - Administrative Personnel
The General Counsel or his or her designee shall have the authority to approve or deny requests received pursuant to these regulations. The decision of the General Counsel shall be final, subject only to administrative review as provided in §2502.10. [45 FR 47112, July 14, 1980.
