Title 11 - Federal Elections
Authority: 26 U.S.C. 9031 and 9039(b).
This subchapter governs entitlement to and use of funds certified from the Presidential Primary Matching Payment Account under 26 U.S.C. 9031 et seq. The definitions, restrictions, liabilities and obligations imposed by this subchapter are in addition to those imposed by sections 431–455 of title 2, United States Code, and regulations prescribed thereunder (11 CFR part 100 through 400). Unless expressly stated to the contrary, this subchapter does not alter the effect of any definitions, restrictions, obligations and liabilities imposed by sections 431–455 of title 2, United States Code, or regulations prescribed thereunder (11 CFR parts 100 through 400).
