Title 13 - Business Credit and Assistance
(a) Prior approval requirements. You must obtain SBA's prior written approval for any proposed transaction or event that results in Control by any Person(s) not previously approved by SBA. (b) Fee. A processing fee of $10,000 must accompany any application for approval of one or more transactions or events that will result in a transfer of Control.
