This part establishes the terms, conditions, and limitations applicable to charter air transportation conducted by air carriers holding certificates under 49 U.S.C. 41102 authorizing the operation of scheduled air transportation services. Charter air transportation under this part shall be performed in accordance with the provisions of part 212 of this chapter.
