Sec. 112f. Incidental use of equipment and supplies
(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Committee on
House Oversight may prescribe by regulation appropriate conditions for
the incidental use, for other than official business, of equipment and
supplies owned or leased by, or the cost of which is reimbursed by, the
House of Representatives.
(b) The authority of the Committee on House Oversight to prescribe
regulations pursuant to subsection (a) of this section shall apply with
respect to fiscal year 1999 and each succeeding fiscal year.
