                          TITLE 2--THE CONGRESS
 
                     CHAPTER 5--LIBRARY OF CONGRESS
 
Sec. 167e. Parades, assemblages or display of flags in Library 
        buildings and grounds
        
    It shall be unlawful to parade, stand, or move in processions or 
assemblages in the Library of Congress buildings or grounds, or to 
display therein any flag, banner, or device designed or adapted to bring 
into public notice any party, organization, or movement.
