   Limitation on Funds Available to Senate for Fiscal Year Beginning 
                             October 1, 1980

    Pub. L. 96-508, Sec. 10, Dec. 8, 1980, 94 Stat. 2749, provided that 
in the fiscal year beginning October 1, 1980, the aggregate amount of 
funds made available to the Senate shall not exceed 90 per centum of the 
aggregate amount of the funds made available for such purposes for the 
fiscal year beginning on October 1, 1979.
