II, Sec. 204(3), Aug. 20, 1996, 110 Stat. 1729, provided for payment of
salaries of officers and employees of the House of Representatives for
the month of December on the 20th day of that month.
Effective Date of Repeal
Repeal applicable with respect to pay periods beginning after the
expiration of the 1-year period which begins Nov. 12, 2001, see section
116(c) of Pub. L. 107-68, set out as an Effective Date note under
section 60d-1 of this title.
