Sec. 72b. Regulations governing availability of appropriations
for House committee employees
Appropriations for committee employees shall be available in such
amounts and under such regulations as may be approved by the Committee
on House Oversight for compensation of employees of the standing
committees of the House of Representatives, except the Committee on
Appropriations.

Amendments
1996--Pub. L. 104-186 substituted ``House Oversight'' for ``House
