§ 214. — Public lands development roads and trails.

Sec. 214. Public lands development roads and trails
(a) Funds available for public lands development roads and trails
shall be used to pay the cost of construction and improvement of such
roads and trails.
(b) Funds available for public lands development roads and trails
shall be available for adjacent vehicular parking areas and for
sanitary, water, and fire control facilities.

Amendments
1983--Subsec. (c). Pub. L. 97-424 struck out subsec. (c) which
provided for prior approval by the Secretary of all projects for public
lands development roads and trails and for general supervision by the
Secretary of their construction.
