CHAPTER 2--OFFICERS OF INDIAN AFFAIRS
Sec. 33. Superintendents in charge of reservations;
administration of oath of office
Superintendents and acting superintendents in charge of Indian
reservations, schools, irrigation and allotment projects are authorized
and empowered to administer the oath of office required of employees
placed under their jurisdiction.
