                  CHAPTER 2--OFFICERS OF INDIAN AFFAIRS
 
Sec. 40. Limits of superintendencies, agencies, and subagencies

    The limits of each superintendency, agency, and subagency shall be 
established by the Secretary of the Interior, either by tribes or 
geographical boundaries.
