§ 524. — Applicability of administrative procedure provisions.

Sec. 524. Applicability of administrative procedure provisions
In the administration of this Act, hearings and other procedures
shall be exempted from the provisions of subchapter II of chapter 5, and
chapter 7, of title 5, except as to the requirements of section 552 of
title 5.
