Sec. 620l. Net power revenues
In planning the use of, and in using credits from, net power
revenues available for the purpose of assisting in the pay-out of costs
of participating projects herein and hereafter authorized in the States
of Colorado, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming, the Secretary shall have
regard for the achievement within each of said States of the fullest
practicable use of the waters of the Upper Colorado River system,
consistent with the apportionment thereof among such States.
