I focus on the policy analysis and litigation aspects of international
trade law and international environment law. I also have

in cyberspace law, focusing on its e-commerce applications. I
have
extended experience in Philippine natural resources and environment
law.
I taught public land law at the University of the Philippines College
of
Law. I am a Fellow of the Georgetown University Law Center -
Institute
for International Economic Law. I obtained my Ll. M. from
Georgetown
University Law and my Ll. B. from the University of the
Philippines.
