"A. M. No. 5941-Ret. Re: Application for gratuity benefits of Ms. Gloria V. Lafue.- Acting on the application for gratuity benefits under R.A. No. 1616 as amended by R.A. No. 4968 filed by Gloria V. Lafue, Interpreter, Metropolitan Trial Court, Caloocan City effective October 1, 1987, the Court Resolved to APPROVE the aforesaid application for gratuity benefits under the above cited law, effective October 1, 1987, subject to the availability of funds and the usual clearance requirements."
