RE: PROPOSED TERRITORIAL JURISDICTION OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT, BRANCH 33, CALBIGA, SAMAR
"A.M. No. 90-9-2348-RTC.- Re: Proposed territorial jurisdiction of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 33, Calbiga, Samar. - Acting on the letter of Judge Godofredo P. Quimsing, Regional Trial Court, Branch 33, Calbiga, Samar, dated September 3, 1990 with the concurrence of Executive Judge Sinforiano A. Monsanto, Regional Trial Court, Branch 27, Catbalogan, Samar, proposing that the Regional Trial Court, Branch 33 at Calbiga shall cover four (4) municipalities out of the twelve to wit: 6th Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Villareal-Pinabacdao and 7th Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Calbiga-Hinabangan, the Court Resolved to (1) APPROVE the (a) proposal of Executive Judge Sinforiano A. Monsanto, Regional Trial Court, Branch 27, Catbalogan, Samar and Judge Godofredo P. Quimsing as to the municipalities that would make up the territorial jurisdiction of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 33 at Calbiga; and (b) amendment of paragraph 1 under the heading "Eight Judicial Region" title "SAMAR" of Administrative Order No. 7 to read as follows:
S A M A R
"1. Branches XXVII to XXIX, inclusive, with seats at Catbalogan � comprising the municipalities of Catbalogan, Daram, Jiabong, Motiong, San Jose de Buan, Zumarraga, San Sebastian and Wright;�
(2) INSERT a new paragraph under the said heading to read as follows:
"4. Branch XXXIII with seat at Calbiga � comprising the Municipalities of Villareal, Pinabacdao, Calbiga and Hinabangan;
(3) and TRANSFER all cases arising from the Municipalities of Villareal, Pinabacdao, Calbiga and Hinabangan, now pending before the Regional Trial Court branches stationed at Catbalogan, Samar, to the new branch in the Regional Trial Court, Branch 33, Calbiga, Samar."
