"Adm. Matter No. 90-2-392-MTC (Resolution No. 51 of the Sangguniang Bayan of Calayan, Cagayan). � This Court in its resolution dated March 8, 1990 resolved to approve the request of the Sangguniang Bayan of Calayan, Cagayan that all cases arising from said municipality and within the jurisdiction of the Municipal Trial Courts, be tried in Aparri instead of at Claveria, which is presently one of the municipalities comprising of 1st Municipal Circuit Trial Court of Claveria � Sta. Praxedes � Calayan. To clarify the matter as to whose administrative area of supervision will cases from Calayan be included, the Court Resolved to (a) place the administrative supervision of the Municipality of Calayan under the Regional Trial Court of Aparri, Cagayan; and (b) CIRCUITIZE the Municipality of Calayan with the Municipality of Aparri to comprise the 8th Municipal Circuit Court of Aparri-Calayan, Cagayan pursuant to Section 31 of B.P. Blg. 129."
