A.M. No. 91-4-992-RTC.- Re: Request for the reorganization of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Bakun-Kibungan, Benguet.- Acting on the Resolution of the Sangguniang Bayan of Kibungan, Benguet, dated January 14, 1991, requesting the re-organization of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Bakun-Kibungan, Benguet, the Court Resolved to APPROVE, for reasons of good public service and the safety and convenience of parties/litigants as well as their counsels, the proposed re-organization of the Municipal Circuit Trial Courts in the Province of Benguet by the Sangguniang Bayan of Kibungan, Benguet favorably endorsed by Judge Evangeline C. Cuilan and Executive Judge Romeo A. Brawner.

Feliciano, Sarmiento and Medialdea, JJ., are on leave.
