Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated OCT 22 1991 

A.M. No. 91-10-159-SDC.- Re: Organization of the territorial area of the Shari'a Circuit Courts in the 1st Shari'a Judicial District (Province of Sulu).- Acting on the letter of Acting Judge Abdulmajia J. Astih of the 1st Shari'a District Court comprising the Province of Sulu, dated August 23, 1991, proposing the territorial area for each of the six (6) Shari'a Circuit Courts of the district, determined on the basis of geographical contiguity and muslim population density, pursuant to P.D. No. 1083 (Code of Muslim Personal Laws), the Court Resolved to APPROVE the proposal of Acting Judge Astih. Accordingly, the territorial area of the Shari'a Circuit Courts in the Province of Sulu, shall be as follows:

FIRST SHARI'A CIRCUIT COURT � comprising the Municipality of Jolo, with seat at Jolo;

SECOND SHARI'A CIRCUIT COURT � comprising the Municipalities of Siasi, Pandami, Tapul and Lugus, with seat at Siasi;

THIRD SHARI'A CIRCUIT COURT � comprising the Municipalities of Parang and Indanan, with seat at Parang;

FOURTH SHARI'A CIRCUIT COURT � comprising the Municipalities of Maimbung, Pata and Talipao, with seat at Maimbung;

FIFTH SHARI'A CIRCUIT COURT � comprising the Municipalities of Pangutaran, Marungas, Patikul and Tongkil, with seat at Patikul; and

SIXTH SHARI'A CIRCUIT COURT � comprising the Municipalities of Luuk, Kalingalang, Kaluang, Estino and Panamao, with seat at Luuk. Melencio-Herrera, J., is on leave.
