Gentlemen:

Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated 15 December 1998.

"A.M. No. 98-12-378-RTC- Re: Organization of RTC, Branch 26, Sapa-Sapa, Tawi-Tawi.- Considering that the Province of Tawi-Tawi has two RTC branches, to wit: Branch 5 with seat at Bongao and Branch 26 with station at Sapa-Sapa and latter sala is still unorganized and for there is no need at the present to organize it and while Branch 5 had 206 cases as of July 1998, which caseload may appear high, for the reason that there is no regular presiding judge in that sala as Judge Hakim S. Abdulwahid, RTC, Branch 12, Zamboanga City, presides over Branch 5 in an acting capacity in addition to his regular duties in his own court, the Court Resolved to: (a) HOLD IN ABEYANCE in the meantime the: (1) organization of Regional Trial Court, Branch 25, Sapa-Sapa Tawi-tawi and( 2) the definition of its territorial jurisdiction and (b) ADVISE the Judicial and Bar Council on the matter." 119
