Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated NOVEMBER 30, 2010, which reads as follows:

"A.M. No. 10-11-329-RTC (Re: Creation of Five [5] Additional Branches of the RTC in Alabel, Sarangani). - The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to

(a) IMPLEMENT Republic Act No. 10123 by creating five (5) additional branches of the RTC, Alabel, Sarangani, and denominating the five branches thereat as Branches 47, 48, 49, 50 and 51;

(b) CREATE new positions and TRANSFER existing positions to conform with the approved staffing pattern of the Regional Trial Court consisting of five (5) branches, to wit:

(c) DIRECT the Office of Administrative Services, OCA, to SUBMIT to the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) the Staffing Pattern as a result of the creation of the additional branches and Office of the Clerk of Court, to be included in the Personnel Services Itemization of the Regional Trial Court, for inclusion in the General Appropriations Act for funding purposes;

(d) DIRECT the Financial Management Office, OCA, to SUBMIT thereafter to the DBM the funding requirements for the operation of the newly created branches of the Regional Trial Court, Alabel, Sarangani;

(e) DIRECT the DBM to RELEASE the Supplemental Allotment Release Order (SARO) and the corresponding Notice of Cash Allocation (NCA) for the full implementation of R.A. No. 9848;

(f) HOLD IN ABEYANCE the organization of the five (5) additional branches of the Regional Trial Court, Alabel, Sarangani, and the Office of the Clerk of Court until the release by the DBM of the aforesaid SARO and NCA; and

(g) ORDER the amendment of all court records to conform with the foregoing development." Velasco, Jr., J., on official business. Del Castillo, J., on official leave.
