Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated DECEMBER 8, 1983

"Administrative Matter No. 83-11-3790-RTC.- Re: Proposed territorial jurisdiction of the Regional Trial Courts of Oriental Mindoro. � Acting on the recommendation of Deputy Court Administrator Romeo D. Mendoza, in his memorandum dated November 23, 1983 and concurred in by Acting Court Administrator Arturo B. Buena, the Court Resolved to AMEND, in view of the appointment and assumption of office of Judge Vicente P. Leido, Jr., as Regional Trial Court Judge of Branch XLIII (43) at Roxas, Oriental Mindoro, Administrative Order No. 7, series of 1983 of this Court in order to re-define the territorial areas over which Executive Judges shall exercise administrative supervision in Oriental Mindoro, more particularly over the newly organized Regional Trial Court at Roxas, as follows: (a) Branches XXXIX (39) and XL (40) with seat at Calapan comprising the Municipalities of Calapan, Victoria, Naujan, Baco, San Teodoro and Puerto Galera; (b) Branches XLI (41) and XLII (42) with seat at Pinamalayan, comprising the Municipalities of Pinamalayan, Pola, Socorro, Gloria, Bansud and Bongabong; and (c) Branch XLIII (43) with seat at Roxas comprising the Municipalities of Roxas, Mansalay and Bulalacao."
