�A.M. No. 88-7-1765-RTC.- Re: Petition for payment of longevity pay of Judge Ceferino S. Gaddi.- Acting on the petition filed by Judge Ceferino S. Gaddi, Regional Trial Court, Branch 46, Manila, praying that he be declared as having rendered service in the Judiciary continuously and without interruption from August 9, 1968 up to the present and entitled to the benefits of longevity pay as provided for in Section 42 of B.P. Blg. 129, or if otherwise not entitled to this relief, he be declared as having served the required number of continuous efficient and meritorious five (5) years service to entitle him to at least 5% longevity pay as well as the memorandum to Deputy Court Administrator Juanito C. Ranjo, with the concurrence of Court Administrator Maximo Maceren and Deputy Court Administrator Reynaldo L. Suarez, dated June 27, 1988, the Court Resolved to GRANT Judge Ceferino S. Gaddi 5% longevity pay.

The memorandum of Deputy Court Administrator Meynardo A. Tiro dated July 6, 1988, is NOTED.� Feliciano, J., in on leave.
