�A.M. No. 5945-Ret. � Re: Application for gratuity benefits of Judge Jose C. Arcilla. � Acting on the memorandum submitted by the Office of the Court Administrator dated April 25, 1988 and considering that in the resolution of February 23, 1988, the application for gratuity benefits under R.A. No. 4968 of Judge Arcilla was approved effective February 1, 1987 and it appearing that Judge Jose C. Arcilla was subsequently employed by the Civil Service Commission on April 1, 1987, the Court Resolved, as recommended, to GIVE DUE COURSE to Judge Jose C. Arcilla�s application for gratuity benefits since his right to gratuity benefits has already been vested.� Medialdea, J., took no part.
