�A.M. No. 89-8-3663-RTC.- Re: Request of Judge Ricardo L. Salvanera to be allowed to try and hear cases from Don Mariano Marcos, Misamis Occidental in the Municipality of Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur.- Acting on the letter of Judge Ricardo L. Salvanera, 6th Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Bonifacio-Don Mariano Marcos, 10th Judicial Region, Misamis Occidental, dated June 8, 1989, requesting that he be allowed and authorized to try and hear cases originating from Don Mariano Marcos in the Municipality of Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur for the reasons stated therein, the Court Resolved to (a) GRANT the aforesaid request and (b) AUTHORIZE Judge Ricardo L. Salvanera of the 6th Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Bonifacio-Don Mariano Marcos, Misamis Occidental, until further orders from this Court, to hear and try cases originating from Don Mariano Marcos at the Municipality of Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur, once a week of each month with the assistance of two (2) of his court personnel, without additional compensation, except reimbursement of the usual transportation expenses and per diems.� Gutierrez, Jr. and Medialdea, JJ., are on official leave.
