RE: REQUEST FOR THE INCLUSION OF THE SPECIAL DRUG COURTS AND FAMILY COURT IN THE RAFFLE OF REGULAR CASES IN PASAY CITY.

Quoted hereunder; for your information, is a resolution of the Court En Banc dated November 13, 2007
"A.M. No. 06-1-02-RTC.- Re: Request for the Inclusion of the Special Drug Courts and Family Court in the Raffle of Regular Cases in Pasay City.- The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter dated October 15, 2007 of Mr. Garry Erwin N. De Gracia, OlC-Chief, MISO, submitting for the consideration of the Court the recommendation of the Technical Working Group (TWG) on Enhanced Case Flow Management (E-CFM) chaired by Hon. Justice Ameurfina A. Melencio Herrera regarding the pilot implementation of the E-CFM System in Pasay City (A.M. No. 07-4-01-SC).
The Court further Resolved, upon the recommendation of the TWG on E-CFM, to
"A.M. No. 06-1-02-RTC.- Re: Request for the Inclusion of the Special Drug Courts and Family Court in the Raffle of Regular Cases in Pasay City.- The Court Resolved to NOTE the Letter dated October 15, 2007 of Mr. Garry Erwin N. De Gracia, OlC-Chief, MISO, submitting for the consideration of the Court the recommendation of the Technical Working Group (TWG) on Enhanced Case Flow Management (E-CFM) chaired by Hon. Justice Ameurfina A. Melencio Herrera regarding the pilot implementation of the E-CFM System in Pasay City (A.M. No. 07-4-01-SC).
The Court further Resolved, upon the recommendation of the TWG on E-CFM, to
(a) SUSPEND the implementation of A.M. No. 06-1-02-RTC, in order that the piloting of the E-CFM can now be implemented in Pasay-RTC;
(b) AWAIT the supplemental manual for eRaffling that will address the administrative aspect of the process of the pilot testing of the eRaffling sub-system;
(c) In the meantime, the issues under A.M. No. 06-1-02- RTC will be further studied for possible inclusion in the eRaffling sub-system of E-CFM;
(d) The changes in the E-CFM proposed recently by the Pasay-RTC Executive Judge will be subject to further study; and
(e) CONSIDER the inclusion of Extra-judicial Killing cases and Election cases in the re-configuration of the E-CFM system." Sandoval-Gutierrez, on official leave.
