Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the First Division of this  Court dated 08 JULY 2009

G.R. No. 176439 (The President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints vs.  BTL Construction  Corporation)  and G.R.  No. 176718 (BTL Construction Corporation vs. The President of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, et al.).- The Court resolves:

(l) to NOTE the memorandum of respondent BPI-MS Insurance Corporation in G.R. No. 176439;

(2) to GRANT the motion of petitioner in G.R. No. 176439 for an extension of thirty (30) days from 04 June 2009 within which to file a memorandum.

(3) to GRANT the motion of BTL Construction Corporation for an extension of thirty (30) days from 11  June 2009 within which to file a memorandum; and

(4) to NOTE the letter dated 11 June 2009 of E.D. Salonga, Jr. and, considering that he is not a party to the case, to DENY his request for copies of decisions or resolutions of the following:

[a] The President of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints vs. BTL Construction/BPI-MS Insurance Corporation (G.R. No. 176439}

[b] Long Tess Realty Investment Corporation, et al. vs. Algoso, et al. {G.R. Nos. 177541-42}; and

[c] Ang vs. Court of Appeals {G.R. No. 176862}
