[A.M. No. 10-3-117-RTC : June 15, 2010] RE: CREATION OF FOUR (4) ADDITIONAL BRANCHES OF THE RTC AT KORONADAL CITY AND SURALLAH, SOUTH COTABATO:

Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated JUNE 15, 2010, which reads follows:

"A.M. No. 10-3-117-RTC (Re: Creation of four (4) Additional Branches of the RTC at Koronadal City and Surallah, South Cotabato). - The Court Resolved upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to

(a) CREATE four (4) branches of the Regional trial Court to be stationed at Koronadal City and at the Municipality of Surallah, all in the Province of South Cotabato, to be denominated as Regional  Trial Court, Branches 42 and 43 (for Koronadal City) and Branches 44 and 45 (for Durallah);

(b) CREATE the following positions and office:

For Koronadal City

(d) DIRECT the Office of Administrative Services, Office of the Court Administrator, to IMMEDIATELY SUBMIT to the Department of Budget and Mangement the newly created positions to be included in the Personnel Services Itemization Act of the Regional Trial Court for inclusion in the General Appropriations Act for funding purposes;

(e) DIRECT the Financial Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, to SUBMIT to the Department of Budget Management the funding requirements for the full implementation of Republic Act No. 9906;

(f) DIRECT the Department of Budget and Management to RELEASE the Supplemental Allotment Release Order (SARO) and the corresponding Notice of Cash Allocation (NCA) for the full implementation of RA 9906;

(g) HOLD IN ABEYANCE the organization of the Regional Trial Court, Branches 42 and 43 at Koronadal City, and Branches 44 and 45 at Surallah, all in the Province of Sout Cotabato, until such time that the Department of Budget and Management has released the aforesaid SARO and NCA; and

(h) ORDER the amendment of all court records to conform with the foregoing development."
