Quoted hereunder, for your information, is a resolution of the Court en banc dated May 4, 2010.

"A.M. No. 10-4-50-MCTC (Re: Request for the MCTC, Lanuza-Madrid-Carmen-Cortes, Surigao del Sur, to Also Hold Court Sessions in Madrid). - The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Adminstrator, to

(a) GRANT the request of the Sangguniang Bayan of Madrid, Surigao del Sur, for authority to hold court sessions once a week at the Municipal Hall of Madrid;

(b) DESIGNATE Hon. Rufo Naragas, Presiding Judge, Municipal Trial Court, Tandag, Surigao del Sur, as Acting Presiding Judge of the Municipal Circuit Trial Court, Lanuza-Madrid-Carmen-Cortes, Surigao del Sur; and

(c) REQUIRE judge Naragas to SUBMIT a report to the Court, through the Office of the Court Administrator, once the holding of court sessions once a week in the Municipality of Madrid commences."
