RE: LETTER DATED JUNE 6, 2010 OF MS. MARIA CELIA A. FLORES, RTC, BR. 217, QUEZON CITY, RE: DENIAL OF DUE COURSE TO HER DESIGNATION AS O.I.C. - ACTING BRANCH CLERK OF COURT
Sirs/Mesdames:
Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated OCTOBER 5, 2010, which reads as follows:
"A.M. No. 10-8-239-RTC (Re: Letter dated June 6, 2010 of Ms. Maria Celia A. Flores, RTC, Br. 217, Quezon City, re: Denial of Due Course to Her Designation as O.I.C. - Acting Branch Clerk of Court). - The Court Resolved, upon the recommendation of the Office of the Court Administrator, to ADOPT and APPLY, in the designation of an Officer-in-Charge (Branch Clerk of Court) and/or Acting Branch Clerk of Court of the trial courts, the provision in Paragraph VI of Memorandum Order No. 12-2002 on disqualification for promotion for a certain period of time of Supreme Court employees who have been administratively penalized." Carpio, J.; on official leave. Abad, J., on official business.
