Ligon, Jr.).- Acting on the Petition with Motion for Special Raffle (with Very Urgent Applications for Issuance of a Temporary Restraining Order [TRO] and/or Writ of Preliminary Injunction), the Court Resolved, without giving due course to the petition, to require the respondents to COMMENT thereon as well as on the prayer for TRO within ten (10) days from notice hereof."
